W150 is a 4wd and D150 is a 2wd.

*I have a 1986 Dodge pickup. I thought it was a D150, but people keep telling me its a W150. It is $wheel drive. I buy parts for the D150. Now I'll have to research it myself.

W=4x4 D=4x2 But I believe only the 4x4 running gear is different.
