No headlights

No headlights
New to forum
I have a 1991 w250 diesel,
Last year I moved from California to Kansas, that is when the problem started, only happens when the tempture drops below 30* f The headlights won't go on, everything else works tailights etc. after running about ten minutes the lights come on and work fine.
Any ideas ?

bad connection. replace the headlight switch. call Dodge for the part.
