So anyway, some of you might have been following my posts on my dodge. Anyway, here is how i got it to run right. Check the first post i made to see all the parts i replaced. So i retimed it this time, then i tore the tbi off it and completely cleaned it. I used three cans of tbi cleaner. I was having vacuum issues and no wonder. It looked like a used coffee filter. Black granules built up everywhere like sludge, clogging the vacuum line going to the fuel pressure regulator. It took a while to clean all that crap out. If you scrape it out be gentle because you don't want to nick the tbi metal anywhere that it comes in contact with gaskets and etc. You might spring a leak or something. Just take your time. Now when its warm it runs like champ. It still hesitates quite a bit when its cold, but i can work on that problem i guess. If you have any suggestions i'm willing to listen. It just hesitates and lacks power when it wants to shift into second, or around that rpm, like 20 mph. When she warms up she runs like champ. Thanks for listening.
