Default Power windows

My power windows are really slow going up or down. When going up they go slow then start the speed up and somtimes stop no matter what switch you use. Down they go fast then stop completely no matter what switch you use. The door panel alsobulges out when lowering the window and sucks back into place whn rolling up. Can anyone help me on this? Also the drivers side switch( which operates both sides, two switches on for each side) is upside down, pushing down, it goes up, pushing up it goes down. The connector on the back of the switch covers both of the switches, one block connects both to the wires. But if you flipped it I would think the switch would flip sides. The driver side would then operate passengers, and same for passengers switch. Also when the truck is sitting without the engine running the windows really seem to drain the factory battery gauge. It somtimes even completely goes to zero, but releasing the switch it goes right back to where it should be. But when the truck is idling still slow but almost never stalls completely. When i am out on the road at just off idle it has no problem going up or down. Any suggestions? Sorry i have been asking so many questions lately, just all these littles quirks are starting to really bother me now.

I would pull the panels and see why they are bulging.
Then check wiring condition.

Pulled panels the other dy for another reason and i didn't notice any stripped wires or corroded conections. Could the switch be bad or the regulator maybe? As for bulging i will check it tommorrow.

From past experience the problems your having is usually the Motor or Motors going bad. Another problem could be corrosion in the wiring going to the motors. 3rd thing could be your battery or altenator or both are going bad. (How does the starter do?) This is just a few idea's for you to check out.

As for the bulging. I've seen this happen when something is loose or broken in the window track/regulator. As it goes down it is getting out of alignment and causing it to push outward, then when you put the window up, it moves everything back into place. Look for any bolts/ribbets etc that are loose, broken or missing.
