Please don't type in all capital letters, thanks.
Is it a standard or automatic transmission?
Are the brakes locking up?
Does it stall if you hit the brake when sitting still?
I'm thinking it's more likely the power assist part of the brake system, than the RWAL.
Your truck can have the codes read at most autoparts stores.

Like racer 9 said, it could be vacum related. I don't think that would cause those lights though. You may have an electrical short. Isolate thew vacum problem first by removing and plugging the vacum hose to the booster. Try again, if it dosen't stall, you have a leak at the booster, if it does, look into a electrical problem.

The anti-lock brake system is designed to enhance safety. One of those safety features is what they calla "fail safe" design. In the event that your ABS is not operating properly - as indicated by the ABS light - the fail safe feature kicks in.

It works by detecting when the brakes fail andstopping the truck(eventually) by shutting off the engine. This way even if you dont have anybrakes at all it will still stop, because it isnt running anymore. So clearly you have a brake issue. I wouldnt have been able to figure it out exactly, if it wasnt for the other problem - the Emergency Brake Light is on.

That is because you are victim of E-Brake pirating. You see, similar to catalytic converter pirating, brake pirates seek out certain types of brakesand melt them down to isolate the precious metals contained within them for sale on the black market. The originalmanufacturer of the brake buys these special metals in massive bulk quantities - which is why they can afford to sell the brakes cheaper to you. But one single pad contains about 79$ (street value) of Bornium!

Anyhow, E-brake pirating works by running a VERY strong electrical current through the e-brake cable which is easily accesible underneath any vehicle. The electric current travelsup the brake cable and into the brakes, where it gathers charge and heat untill melting out said precious metals, which are furthercollected off the rim by strong magnets (and stored in anti-garbutrine resistant containers, of course). This means that you have NO funtioning brakes remaining, and the tampering with that system is likely what triggered the E-brake light.

So you can see how the stalling vehicle is in fact PROTECTING you from destroying it, not to mention burning the rotors on bare calipers. You're lucky i caught this. Go straight your mechanic and just tell him that some E-brake pirates hit you, he'll know right away. If he doesnt just refresh his memory. best of luck!

My 99 had a similar problem (ABS, Brake light on plusnon working speedometer and wouldn't shift) Followed someones posted instructions on this site and replaced both the front and rear speed sensors. $75 and one hour of labor.Maybe you can find that post. He gave really good instructions. A new O2 sensor fixedmy stalling problem. Of course, today,it wouldn't start..just a clicking noise....back to the parts store!!Only 4 payments left so the truck I love so much is going to nickle and dime me to death.
