rear seat?
can you first gen guys let me know...or show me...what the rear seat is in the ext. cab truck. i'm thinking of going and looking at a '93 cummins...but it's 2 hours away and was just wondering if the rear is practical for passengers. i remember some old trucks just had the little fold down seat that faced inwards...not a full bench in the rear...but i have no idea what this has.
thanks for the input.

I have a 96 5.2 (gas), and it's a folding bench seat. No doors on this year and the room is good for kids. Adults can sit there (and yes, up to three...if they get along well!), but not tons of comfort. One problem, the rear window is at head level. On quick take off, the heads natural reaction to move aft. It willencounter the window and a thud! There are no head rests, and the window is near. Leg room is ok, but if the front is all the way pushed back, then it's not so good. Hope this helps you

so....i can pull out the jump seats and put in the 2nd gen rear seat? i wondered about doing that...didn't know how much room they needed...i know theprevious ford body style had a pretty small rear bench...thought about it...don't really want to get into anything too complicated though....and the wife doesn't really want me buying this truck either (damn women).
