Where can I view different Grills selections for an 1987 d-150?

 

Only one grill style for the 87 that im aware of. With that being said, you can put the 91-93 grille on it or the earlier models but the pre-81 had different headlights.

 

Well, with the 91-93 grille you really should replace the core support as well, otherwise you will have to chop up and modify the existing core support (Probably more work than it is worth)

I was looking at other grilles this weekend. I have the waffle like 1985 Grille and want a crosshair grille. But it looks like the grille surround varies from year to year.

I also found a local truck with a quad headlight setup ala little red express that I might try to coonsnagle from the guy.

 

I believe the 81-85 are the same(waffle style)and 86-90 are the same(cross hair).

 

You would be correct. The grill surrounds are slightly different between the 81-90 but can be made to work. The pre 81 have different core supports because of different headlights

 

I am looking for a 79 four head light grill if anyone has any sugesstions
