Default Ballast Resistor

So im stil trying to figure out why my truck cuts out on the highway. Somebody mentioned that it might be the ballast resistor. So I looked, and even with help from Haynes, i couldnt find the damned thing. Ive got a 91, 318 TBI. Anybody able to give me a general area (back right or back left or something) or maybe even a picture?

Also, the voltage to my coil is 13 on one side - which is within the 1 volt of battery level suggested. But the negative terminal reads under 11, about 10.5-10.75. Any ideas?

On my truck the resistor is on the driver's side, to the right (looking at the grill) of the brake booster and ignition module. I circled it on the picture I attached. Also, the voltage sounds low to me, do a coil resistance test to see if it's ok. You should see around 10.5k ohms between the center and positive and around .7-.8ohms between positive and ground.

You should not find one on that new of a truck.
You will need to troubleshoot when that happens(fuel, spark).
