Post V-Belt to Serpentine Conversion

I have an 1975 Dodge D100 Adventurer that has a 360 pulled from a 1979 Challenger. See http://www.theautolog.com/mdpickups-1 for additional pics/details. I am looking to upgrade the stock V-belt system to a serpentine belt. Does anyone have any good tips or recommendations on what vehicles I should part the necessary components off of. I am trying to avoid resorting to a costly summit (or other aftermarket parts store) conversion kit. Basically, I would like to know if I can just pull these components off of something like a 95 Ram...

Does anyone know of a write-up about anyone that has done this before?

Thank you,
Mathew

That 360 came outta what ?! Might look at a '96 Cuda or '00 Fury 3. If you can't find one of those the pickup parts will work. Latch on to the water pump/fan too,it's reverse rotation. Might be some problems with the A/C hitting the t-stat housing.
