Just a tip, check the bleeders on your new wheel cylinders before you install them. One of my wheel cylinders had a screwed up bleeder and I ended up snapping it off trying to bleed my brakes.

I had to adjust one of mine just last week. If the shoe is worn into the drum, dont waste your time with a hammer. TRUST ME!!! talk about getting angry. after about an hour, I decided I would see what the ol' haynes manual had to say. I made the adjustment and had the drum off in about 2 min.

i brought the truck down to my boss because he was a mechanic and he tryed to move the adjusters but he said one wouldnt move and the other could only move slightly in both directions, so unless u guys got an idea im gonna take it to a shop, i got to get an exhaust and an alingment done on it anyways

There are 2 oval slots on the back side. In one of the slots you have to push a rod or screwdriver in, and press the lever that holds the adjustment wheel in place. Then with a second scewdriver rotate the adjustment wheel. I didnt realize there was the lever holding the wheel in place. I couldnt get the wheel to move untill I held this lever down. A small flashlight helped see everything. Goodluck.
