I can get a new ome steel fuel line ready to go for $55

but, how hard is it to bend new 5/16 metal fuel line? Im not very good at bending lines.

Geez, $55!!! Just go with the rubber fuel injection line. I think Nemesis misunderstood and thought you were talking about steel line.

Like you said, unhook the line, cut out the bad spot, hook up the rubber line with a couple clamps and you should be good to go.

well being that this line runs parallel to the engine, wont it get too hot?

Where exactly is the line located? If it's by the TBI across the intake manifold, it will be safe. If it's by the exhast manifold then you should use steel.

I just re-read you're original post. It sounds to me like you're talking about the line across the intake manifold next to the valve cover, if I'm not mistaken. Heat should not be an issue in that area.

Well I will install it then. I need two high pressure clamps and not flaring those lines correct?

or could i mix up some jb weld and coat the crack?

its just a crack? i would probably just drop some JB weld on it. maybe even take a little piece of steel and put that on top of the glue with a hose clamp holding it all together.

well thinking it over and talking with my uncle..

Im going to make a new steel tube line. He said its better to just replace it. I dont wanna mess with gas or brake problems in the future.
