Default mess of wires

I fixed the leak on the main fuel line that is parallel to the valve cover over the manifold. All these wires are exposed going to the o2 sensor, coolent sensor, the idle solenoid harness and some vacuum lines. I'd like to organize the wires into selves so it looks neat. Would it be better to use engine tape since they are over the manifold? What about using those wise organizers?

Tape 'em up, then go to the boneyard and get some plastic split loom and the connectors. GM cars/trucks are a good source. Throw it all in the washing machine to clean it up. Just don't get caught, and yes I'm speaking from personal experience lol. Still have frying pan knots on my head. Cheap way to clean up underhood appearance. They sell that stuff at most parts stores too in different colors.
