I was wondering if there is anyway i can swap a 318 tbi to a mpi and if there is anyway to just grab on of a like one in a junk or is it best to just buy a mpi kit from mopar.

I found two locations where I believe you could find the part you desire. This is the first http://www.affordable-fuel-injection...on=show_detail. I also found that edlebrock makes a kit. You would have to swap to 340/360 heads, but your going to want to swap heads anyway I would think. And this way you have a complete kit and don't have to try and piece together the small parts from a junker, such as a wiring harness and such. But seeing they make a kit, I would suspect you could do a swap from a junker as well if you are good at modification.

people ask this a lot. ther are two decent online articles about it: one at mopar muscle magazine (search LA to magnum conversion), and another one at Popular Hotrodding, which also mentions the edebrock kit. its like 1700 bucks though

judging by the cost and work it might be cheaper to drop a used magnum complete.
