With out more information it is hard to know what to tell you. A D-350 is a two wheel drive and would not have a set of hubs, so believeing you meant W-350 I did some searching. I dodn't know your engine size so I guessed at a 360. This is what I was able to uncover as for replacement hubs. This is from Auto Zone WARN/Front Premium Custom Applications Manual Hub Fits Dana 60 Axle with 35 Spline Outer Shafts for Hub Service Kit 11714

yeah thats the thing it is a d-350 by running the vin number and thats what the title and all the stickers say to. Because thats what I thought at first to so it could be a w-350 but I know the spline count is 19 which is wierd so I really dont know what to think if there is a way you can check and get some sort of factory build sheet can you let me know and I can give you the vin thanks alot for the help.

19 splines on a Dana 44 i believe. try a google image search for "dana 44 axle" and see if it looks familiar.
VIN will not tell you what axle you have. but if the 5th field in the VIN is an "E" it is a factory 4x2 (a D truck). If the fifth field is an "F" it is a factory 4x4 (a W truck).

It is possible someone swapped cabs on the truck at an earlier date. So does it have dual rear tires with 8 lug nuts? If it indeed is running a 44 like nemissis says, then more then likely its a W-250. As far as I know the one ton's only ran the 60 up front. Look at the front axle housing. It should have a number stamped into one of the webs near the dif. if its a 44 then look at a W250 and I'm sure you'll find your parts, if its a 60 then more searching is required.
