Question Gear oil
I want to change out tha oil and check the gears in my truck. Would 80-140 work?

I guess you mean the rears, and not the trans ( stick ), or the transfer case.
I run 80-140 in my 76 W200 and my 93 W250
( provided you do not live in Canada or extreme north U.S. )

I meen the gears in the rear and front diff.
