Default 92 318ci falls right on its face

Hi,
I just got my 92 dodge w150 on the road and i love it. problem is when i am driving down the road and the truck is at normal running temp. when i ease in to the throttle it starts to pick up untill about half throttle then it just falls on its face. spits and sputters untill i bring my foot back out of it down below half. any ideas? its a multi port fuel injected, with new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel lines, fuel filter, in tank filter, and i even cleaned the screen on the bottom of the pump. not sure if its eletrical or fuel related. thanks

If your 92 has a TPS it could have a bad spot in it.
