Im looking for some information on how to lift my 1982 Dodge ram D150 Custom, It has leafs on the back and coils on the front ?

I dont think there is any lift systems out there for 2 wheel drives.

Wouldn't the 4x4 body lift fit? I don't see why that would be any different.

As for the suspension lift, you'd just need shackles and taller springs to get a 2" or so suspension lift. Any higher than that and you'd need more parts to fix the steering and suspension geometry.

I was thinking that that myself, surely i can just fit 2" bigger blocks on the rear axle with bigger U-bolts and fit Spacers between the springs on the front ?

Yah. I had spacers on my Cherokee coil springs. Don't go above 2" and you're ok.

Any ideas on what is required to do a body lift ?

And what is generally the best in terms of height to lift the body by ?

you will need a longer shift linkage, depending on how high you go tcase linkage throttle relocating a few brake lines that kind of stuff
