So turns out that my low mileage D100 has issues. Everything on the truck is mint... no rust ANYWHERE on the body, everything works... it's great. BUT... the frame is toasted. From the axle back on the driver's side it's all rotted. Leaf spring shackle came off, bumper broke off... it's bad (see pic below). Not really sure how that all happened without rotting the body?

I just found an 84 D250 on Craigslist today that I'll be swapping my body onto. It has a bad body (cab corners rotted, rotted bed, rotted fenders) but the frame is perfect, the brakes are new, and everything works. On the further plus side? It's a V8 (318) and has AC! Plus of course the 8-lug axles and 3/4 ton suspension.

It also has very low miles, the tranny was rebuilt, engine was rebuilt, comes with tons of spare parts, and has custom wheels on it. It DOES have the receipts for the work done too.

Price? Drove it home for $500. SWEET!

Now to swap my entire body onto it. This is gonna be fun
