trans swap

hey guys, anyone with a 4x4 and A727 trans ever swap to a newer style 46 RH (with over drive)? Im wondering if the NV241 t case will still bolt up(theres a 231 on the 46rh with drivers side diff drop), or is this swap is only good for 2 wheel drives?
