Nope. I've been researching Mopar's SMEC/SBEC TBI for a little project of my own. Zilch.
Most Dodge guys I've talked to recommend a Mega Squirt pcm. It's fully programmable with a laptop. Only major pain is building your own harness.

I've heard of guys retrofitting a Chevy TBI system from their trucks onto the Dodge because, apparently, there is a huge aftermarket for the Chevy's (of course). Plus you could get a throttle body off of a 454 and use that if your engine is hot enough. I also remember seeing a dual TBI system for the Chevy's years ago in a Hot Rod magazine which was kind of neat. I've never looked into it, just something I heard.
