I did search but found no answers to HOW to do it.

I do know that tampering with emissions equipment is illegal blah blah...

The thing has been seized and belt-bypassed for many, many years.

Just wondering what removing it entailed and if there was anything I should know. What lines to plug, what things to toss, etc.
