the best place to find that info is to call the dodge dealership and give them your vin number. they could give you your trucks build sheet.

As far as I know the 8-3/4" and the 8-3/8" were also used. Does it have a bolt on steel cover? If not it is a 8-3/4". If it has a steel cover you can count the number of bolts in the cover. 10 bolts is an 8-3/8" and 12 bolts is a 9-1/4".

my 93 has a 8.25" 27 spline i thought these were very common in the first gen half tons
