Default Whats the timing on my 78 d150 318?

318 2bbl on a 78 d150 automatic,2wd

right now its at 8 degrees before tdc...my truck is bogging down when it shifts into 2nd...so maybe its this?

There is no stickers anymore on the truck so im kinda screwed.

According to my Chiltons light duty is 2 degrees after TDC & heavy duty is 2 before TDC.

hmmm how do i know if i have the light or heavy duty? i was thinking d100 was light and d150 is heavy...am i right?
