90 d250 suspension issue

Exclamation 90 d250 suspension issue

im having trouble with the right side front if im cruising and hit a bump my front right side tire starts shaking very bad feels like it might come off but i tap the brakes and it stops. can anyone help me with what ever they think the problem could be. i just fied the sway bar up front but didnt help. thanks for any input

have you checked the nut/bearing's on the front tires?

Could be wheel bearings, ball joints, control arm bushings, or tie rods. Jack the tire off the ground and grab it top and bottom and check for movement. Do the same, side to side on the tire. Now grab a pry bar and lever the bottom of the tire up and down. These are not fragile parts so use some force. There should be no movement but from what you said there will be.
