It was working fine one minute, I shut it off and when I went to go crank it back up it sounded like the battery was dead. I tried jumping it off and that didnt work. Long story short, I've replaced the starter, starter relay, ignition switch and still wont crank(it wont even click or nothing). Now whats weird is, I can run a jump wire from the starter relay ground to a bolt on the frame and when I turn the key, it "clicks" like the battery is dead. I've checked the voltage and I've got 12.7 volts at the battery, relay and starter. I've checked all the obvious grounds that I know of and everything seems fine that I can see. I DONT have a ballast resistor on the firewall. I can't figure out anything else to do........

Grounding the relay like you did and it clicking or starting the engine is how you test the relay itself and yours tests good. Have you cleaned the battery posts and terminals? You can get enough power to give voltage readings and still not get enough power to even click the solenoid. Is it automatic or manual? The shift linkage could be out of adjustment or the neutral start switch could be out of adjustment or defective.

fixed
I figured out what the problem was, it was the new relay that I put on it. It was bad so I just jumped it and now it cranks fine. Now I think I got carb problems again. When I go to give it gas it sounds like it's choking itself out. I'm gonna do some research on here and see if I can find something. Thanks for all your help guys.

I sorta had the same problems, but it pretty much was the Starter Neutral Switch. I fiddled with the Relay, Solenoid, so on, and even put on di-electric. Anyways, It happens occasionally, when I park it, and try to start it makes a small tick on the right side of the engine, and all I have to do is put it in neutral, and it will start right up.
