I have a 1979 D100 with the 318 and 727 auto. I may be looking at having to replace the motor soon and I was wondering what other year 318's will work and from what other vehicles besides the trucks and ramchargers will work.

 

i think you can use any dodge 318 made before 1987. i took the v8 out of an 87 B250(a van) and installed it my truck.
