Default Steering shaft

Ok so i just replaced my steering shaft with the borgeson. Well it all wen well accept that my tires were not perfectly straight with my wheel. So my wheel is about a quarter turn off when im driving straight. Can i just take my steering wheel off and turn it to fix it?

I am not positive but if you set the wheels straight and then remove the spline end of the steering link at the gear box, turn the steering wheel straight and reinstall the link to the gearbox, it should fix the problem. I did this on a 74 club cab I built years ago and it solved the problem. Maybe it will help you

If you just move the steering wheel the steering gear won't be centered.

I agree with what has been stated so far. The steering needs to be centered prior to installation. The install needs to be taken apart and redone, correctly this time. I for one would appreciate you posting links to the exact Borgeson products you used.
