Default 1989 w250 tranny mounts(vibration)

I just changed the four transmission mounts on my truck and now when the truck is at idle it vibrates a ton. Does anybody know how tight the mounts are supposed to be? I tightened them down till the rubber compressed to the thickness of the metal sleeve thats in between the two. Please help it feels like my cab is gonna crumble into pieces.

My idle was a little to low which caused my vibrations, not sure if thats your problem. Mine only did it while in drive and stopped at a light or something.

Not really sure unless something was just put on wrong. It is possible you got them too tight. Do you know the torque specs?

I found these torque specs that may be useful, but they are for a 1992.
