Default 318 TBI swap

Im looking to go from a TBI to a carb in my 89 d100. what I need to know is what size would work best for a daily driver, and what is involved in the swap.
thanks in advance anyone who decides to help =]

you would need a different wiring harness under the hood, fuel pressure regulator, distributor and coil. i think you might be able to use the same intake manifold as the TBI. there might be more thing but i can't think of them right now. the stock 2 barrel holly carbs are nice.
