Default Anywhere to find replacement door panel clips?

Gents,
I am looking to replace the missing/broken door panel clips on my 89 250. Does anyone know if they make these things or where to get them? They are the ones that go on the back of the plastic door panel and hold it to the door shell.

Thanks!

I've seen them in my local AutoZone, they were listed for a Ford door panel retaining clips, but they worked all the same.

The best I've been able to find them for was about $4 a piece. And I needed about 10. A box of self-tapping sheet metals screws is much cheaper if you are buying them for a work truck!
