I have to brag about my truck. '84 D150, I got it back from the body and engine/trans restore shops about a year ago.
360/727 runs great with all new power on the engine
Body off restoration, took 9 months
New original interior
The only thing left from the original engine is the block and part of the heads
Problem, I don't drive it much, no matter where I park it, someone has to park on both sides of it.
I do drive it and love the raw power and control.
I only wish I was 20 years old again.

Hope you don't mind me asking but I also have an 84 d150 that I like to have some work done on and I was wondering about how much it cost to have your engine built? Mine is a 318 with a 2 barrel and I just really want it ready to drive across the country.
