This is a cheap lift kit, I havent bought one but it comes with bigger lift blocks for the rear, and new leafs for the front.

lift blocks will cause more trouble than you want if you going to use a block over 2"

How high you going ?
Spring sag when thay get old. I "lifted" my 73 PW about 4 inches just by putting new stock srings up front.
Don't use blocks on the front. Ever. I know people do it but you can get some bump steer and a ticket in some states.

I wonder if swapping in a set of 3/4 ton leaf's would do the trick? Those W250's sit up some high.

If you go with used ones try to look at them in the truck with the engine in it. If the leaves are about to hit the bump stops there sagging. Looked at mine today (81w250) there not looking good. Want'a buy um?
There's shops that can re ark leaf springs. Never used one myself cause for the most part I don't care and I'm lazy. LOL !
3/4 ton springs with more curve to them will lift your truck But so will 1/2 ton springs with more curve to them.
One thing to think about a 1/2ton and a 3/4ton body weigh the same for the most part. What makes a 3/4 weigh more is from the springs down.

Looking for a kit, here's some ideas:

-or-

You can go blocks or springs in the back depending on how much you want to spend.

you can get your springs re arched for as much as you would spend on a set of used ones from a junkyard and while they are re archeing them you could probably have them throw an extra leaf or two in for about 40 bucks any spring shop can do it and it would be alot better than gambling on used springs. fyi the only springs on a 3/4 ton that would be more heavy duty then what you already have would be from a diesel because it's twice as heavy. on the 3/4ton and 1 ton gas trucks they only beefed up the rear springs and axles. if you put diesel springs up front on your 4x4 you wouldn't be able to see straight when hitting bumps it would be much like rideing in a basket ball.
