1985 Dodge Lug Pattern

Will a 1985 Dodge Pick up 2wd hold FACTORY 16X7 DODGE ram wheels that came off a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4. Both are a 5 lug pattern. The 85 has a 15 in wheel at this moment.

i think 1st gen rams are 5x4.5 and newers ones are 5x5.5

85 should have the 5on5.5 bolt pattern but you might what to make sure the hole in the center is big enough to fit on the 85
