most people don't like running duals on there truck because of where the plastic gas tank is located. i don't even know of a shops that would not even attempt to install dual exhausts on these trucks because of where the gas tank is.

Run them out the same side as in the SRT 10 or cross one over at the rear axle like most cat back kits.
For a stock or nearly stock 318 I'd use 2 1/4", 360 2 1/2".

are your flow tech headers full length headers or shorties....on my 78 ram 4x4 i did full length headers(i dont remeber the manufacture..was quite a while ago i did this) and pretty much straight 2 1/2 inch pipes...i had an exhaust shop put about a 3 inch offset bend in them to avoid the transfer case cross member and they stoped just in front of the rear wheels with angle down exits on the end of the mufflers....and i just used some cheap mufflers from summit.....if i had to do it again though i would get stainless steel vs aluminized pipes and mufflers though as i live in minnesota and they rusted out pretty quick and i should have put an h or x pipe in there...but the truck ran good without one

Running them down one side sounds most logical to me cause of the gas tank and ill have the the exhaust come out in fornt of the back wheel, i would probably use 2 1/2'' that what most people say to use

they are long tube, the shorties were about 300$ the flowtech were under 200$

Thats how my ram exhaust is. The driver side pipe crosses above the drive shaft and runs with the passanger side all the way back. True dual turbo mufflers all the way. Its pretty quiet but i like that for now.
