Default front brake pads

hey all, a while back i put new calipers, pads on the front of my 93 d150.
the problem im having is they rattle around, cause i did not put the shims in the rear inboard pad against the piston. i never put these in before, and never had a problem before. it must be a casting of the caliper problem or something. i did bend the tangs over on the outboard pad, they are tight.
does anyone know where i can get those flat piston to pad shims? do they need to be siliconed to the pad?? thank you

All of the parts stores sell them separately and they are self adhesive. You must clean the back of the pad.
