Default Throttle body question

Truck is running rich and we noticed that we are getting gas running from a small hole in the back of the throttlebody. Is this due to a bad fuel pressure regulator or can someone give me some information on this small hole. Thanks.

Some information might help. Year, engine displacement, TBI, or MPFI?

You have a fuel pressure regulator, the vacuum nipple that feeds it, two fuel lines, fuel injector wiring connector, and two lower vacuum nipples(one small and one large). Using any of these reference points exactly where is the hole that the fuel is leaking from?

ok, sorry it took so long to get back to you about this problem, but we got it fixed. what was happening is, the vacuum hose coming off the back of the regulator was running fuel back through the vacuum hose and shooting fuel back into the tb. the diaphragm was bad in the regulator and was letting fuel pass through and back through the vacuum hose. thats why it was running so rich. this is all after replacing the egr, temp sensor, o2 sensor, plugs and plug wires. atleast i won't have to worry about any other those for awhile. thanks
