Default lowering 1990 d150

new here and as there are some 180 pages to go through thought this may be faster...lol I want to lower my 1990 d150, the rear is no problem as I'm going with coilovers and a four bar. The front is another question, I've heard about using 1 ton lower control arms, and also heard about Dakota spindles. I want to lower it so as to have 5-6" ground clearance. also want to get a smaller bolt pattern, so I quess I just answered my own question. Do the Dakota spindles have a disc brake that is 5 bolt with the smaller bolt pattern as custom rim selection is very limited with that huge bolt pattern on the dodge ( rear axle will be a ford 9inch so bolt pattern same as mopar)
