If an old truck develops a lean it is usually to the left. The left always carries more weight than the right. The fuel tank is on the left and the fact that there is always a driver but a passenger is optional. Over time the added load can work on the springs.

that makes total sense....i guess i need to search for a spring or 2 lol
could not only be the springs, but also could be the cab mounts.
i had the lean bad on the driver side, changed out the springs, still there.
there is also a tsb about these older dodges, the dealer added a rubber spacer on the driver side to level it out.the spacer is no longer available but the dealer can tell you what other dealer will have it its like 68 bucks.
i added the spacer, and put in all new pst cab mount bushings, now its better than new.good luck hope this helps
If the springs are bad would they still be straight? My truck is low on the front and left side is worse. Thought someone heated the springs but they are straight and not all over the place. Does anyone know what the height is when they were new
I replaced my original springs with 6 leaf heavy duty ones to help with the extra weight of my snow plow and mine are flat all the way across the top leaf without the plow attached.
