It is idoling really high all the time behind the manual throttle you know how you can rev it up on the side of the throttle body, there is like a choke or its a throttle adjustment with a screw on it that pushes the throttle. well it is sticking out so its idoling high all the way out... so i replast that part last night and it is still doing the same thing does that mean it is the sencer going bad???? can someone help me please?? thank you.

have you checked the timing and vacuum lines? broken vacuum lines can cause a vehicle to idle high.

I would check the TPS. If it is not within specs at idle the computer will react to that bad input with a high or low idle condition.

My current IAC was set too high from the factory. So I tightened up the bolt a little, and now its fine. They tell you not to adjust it in the instructions, but oh well . . .
