Default Code 37, 32, 17 1995 Ram 4x4

I have a 95 1500 4x4 318. My check engine light is on. I am getting codes 37,32,17

It's shifts a little hard when going in to high gear. Seems like it don't have the power it should. I changed the trans filter and fluid.

Also have 2 sets of wires, at the back of the trans that are not connected. Don't know what they are.

Also, steering is a little loose, ball joints seem ok. Any thoughts?

Any help would be great.

you might get more help if you posted in the right section
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen-ram-64/

from what i have read in the 2nd gen section the trans have quite a few flaws that tend to lead to failure. your truck most likely does not have the power it use to because of a blown plenum gasket which will let oil get into your intake so your engine will burn oil which can cause your cat to clog and o2 sensor to go bad.
