picture 2 and 3 look like they are for your park brake cable which would be drivers side frame and picture 1 might be for rear park brake cables. i'm not sure what those 2 plates in the last picture are for. i have never seen them when working on my trucks.

The first three are all for the parking brake cable. #2 is the forward most one. #3 comes next moving rearward. #1 is the rear most one about even with the rear tire. What size are the plates in #4?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, the first 3 pics are all for your park brake cables,
Pic #1, will mount on the bottom of your frame just in front of your rear tire on the pass. side, your 2 rear cables from the rear brakes will tuck inside this bracket to keep them from dragging on the ground.

Pic #2, is the front mount for the single park brake cable from your pedal before it splits into 2 cables, it will mount to the bottom of your frame somewhere under your pass. side door.

Pic #3, is the mount bracket for your 2 rear cables, it will mount in front of pic#1, your 2 rear cables will go through the holes you can see in the pictures and mount with a metal "horseshoe" clip.

Pic# 4, looks like the block off plate that mounts to your firewall just under your brake mastercylinder IF you have an auto trans. truck, this is where the mechanical clutch linkage would pass through the firewall for a manual trans. truck, Dodge put a block off plate to cover the hole on all auto transmission equipped trucks as far as I know (I had 3 first gen rams/ramchargers, they all had this plate) there is only 1 of these plates though....? not sure why you have 2?

The plates go just ahead of the rocker panels, they are hidden by the fenders when the truck is assembled. Not sure what they provide access to, but My 75, and 84 P/u's, and also my R/C have them. Think they all do.

AH.... right! I remember now, I built mine back in 2001/02....I do believe they go right below the bulges that you can see when you take the fender off...I think they might just be a cover so you can get the leaves etc. out of the lower front corner of your cab....without these back in place you might get a draft (while driving) coming out of your lower vents under your dash, but I am not positive

I thought plastic oval plugs went in there. I don't recall screw holes being at the corners. I'll have take a look again.
