I used some rustoleum black lacquer and some clear coat on mine. Its not blacked out I just redid the faded black part. I will have to post some pictures up later I forgot to bring my usb cable to work.

I did mine with some cheap dollar store flat black. Masked off the chrome and marker lenses and shot it.
