the engine mounts bracket in your truck are made for a big block they will have two sets of holes marked A/B eng if you wanna run a stick you will also have to find a manual trans crossmeber too, the auto crossmemeber wont work. I put a BB in my 87 shorty but the truck was manual already and I was able to find a BB bellhousing and trans for it. I have an aluminum 10 and a half bellhousing Im not using, so if you find a trans I got your bellhousing.
