Default Ramcharger parts swap into 74 D100

Does anyone know if it is possible to swap parts out of a 84 4x2 ramcharger into a 74 D100? Looking to swap front sway/stabilizer bar, 318 engine and auto trans, steering column, front/ rear bumpers. Thanks

the only problems i could possibly see you running into is the 10 year age difference in vehicles. i don't know if the sway bar or steering column could be swapped but if they look like the will swap they most likely would. the engine and trans should most likely just drop right in.

I'm finding that lucky for us, Chrysler didn't change a whole lot with their drivetrains from the 60's until the magnum motors came out. My '89 has a transmission and radiator out of a '71 Satellite, both dropped right in. My rear bumper is off an late 70's-early 80's Ramcharger (smooth chrome, no step) and my front is off an early 80's Ram (not as bulky-looking as the '89).
