I would just run a skyjacker lift steering arm, If steering correction does not come included in the kit. I run a 6" skyjacker arm with a custom adjustable drag link bolted on top. The stock system uses a draglink that sits underneath the arm, but since i have so much lift, i needed to flip it. Adjustable is nice, but if you arent worried about your steering being exactly on center, its not necessary. The important thing is that the draglink sits parallel to the ground when your trucks sitting on level ground.

Cool. I ended up just having the shop order a 5'' superlift and they re gonna install it. Superlift has the sterring block instead of the the actual arm. Not sure if an adjustable draglink is coming with it or not. Guess Ill find out.

Decided to go with blocks in the back, just awhole lot cheaper. Maybe upgrade to springs one day.

Hopefully the kit comes in sometime this week so I can get it on soon. Will post pics once installed.

Blocks arent so bad in the rear, shoot I have stock springs with the factory blocks and dropped and welded hangers with flipped shackles out back and it flexes plenty for what I do. Plus you keep your payload capabilities. Please post pictures when you get it done!

The steering block eliminates the need for a different or adjustable draglink.....and when I took out my blocks and put in lift springs the rear was sooooooo stiff I wished I never bought them

I have stock springs with the factory blocks
CG...what you will probably be getting in your kit is a 4 inch block to replace your factory 3 inch, and an add-a-leaf to re-arch your original springs.....it will be fine like that, and ride a hell of alot better then a full 5 inch lift rear spring with your short wheelbase truck.....i'm sure you will be happy with it......and yes please post pics ! looking forward to seeing it

Not only are they stock, but as far as I can tell, yes they are original

I think that my truck was originally a forest service truck, or something like that. The springs are not cracked or broken at all.

When I got my truck it had 6" of hanger/shackle lift up front, on factory springs. The springs had lost their arch and inverted, so when I replaced them with 4" superlift leaves I really got more like 6" of lift. Plus the Superlift 4" springs ride great.
