put another thermostat in along with a gasket (cheap blue one) and it only leaked a bit. the longer the engine ran, the stronger the stream of fluid seemed to get. and my intake cooked it all cause it looked to be getting as hot as my exhaust manifolds...but with all this hot action going on, the radiator still was as cold as ever. same thing happens when its ran without a thermostat. and the hoses look fine. not cracked up or bent or anything. im now leaning towards the pump now..

so the oil pressure gauge does not works? if all the gauges do not work then they most likely are not getting power since they all share the same power wire. the first place you may want check is the fuse panel. it should have a 3 amp fuse. if it is good and you have power at the fuse then the voltage regulator on the back of the instrument cluster might be bad. the speedo not working is most likely a broken speedo cable.

well guys, guess it was the water pump. i decided to remove it anyway just to give me piece of mind. so upon removing the radiator, all this brownish orange liquid poured out. so i flushed it completely. then once all the bolts were removed and i broke the pump loose, there was nothing but complete GREEN antifreeze. so i put the hose in the intake manifold and flushed..and flushed..and flushed. until it was all complete water so i could start completely fresh.

and what i got out of all of this was...

apparently the pump wasnt working due to there being one color in the radiator..and a TOTALLY DIFFERENT color in the engine.
