Leveling Kit for my 85???
oh, thought they were attached to the body. this is my first truck so bare with me when it seems as if im brainless. all the different ways a truck can be lifted is crazy. i just read about air bag lifts today. and like earlier, i didnt know that 2wd and 4wd used different types of lifts as well. still wish i knew this stuff before i threw the wheels on my truck and freaked my fender up. but heyy, you learn
lol a beatin' stick lol but when it happened (i did it twice), it stopped my truck dead so fast that it stalled. but i think i may be able to be bent back with a torch to heat the metal, a pair of pliers, and or the right BFH lol but im positive im not at a TOTAL loss of the fender.
Do not heat sheet metal. Unless you REALLY know what you are doing. If you don't you will end up messing it up more than you already have. Just pull on it with your hands, you might be surprised how easily it bends back into shape. Put up a picture of 2 of the damage.
looks like six gun finally completed his lift and it looks fairly good.
