Where is the main fuse panel hidden on an 89 D150? Thanks.

under the steering column. there is a plastic panel that is held in with 4 screws and it is hiding behind that.

I mean for the main fuses like starter relay and ignition fuses. The panel under the steering column is for accessories like lamps and cigarette lighter.

In 89 like all 1st gens they didn't use main fuses. They used fusible links that are just after the battery in the wiring harness in the engine bay.
