Default 88 d100 shorty headers

Ok I got some Lt headers for my 88 d100 and they will not fit with out major modification.. I need about 3 more inches of clearance and it isntI rea going to happen so can any one tell me some sorty headers that will fit.. Jegs dosnt seem to have any for an exchange... i dont want to spend more than $150 I only spent 130 on the LT ones

It will be hard to find shorty headers for that price but Summit had a few less than $150.

Yeah im afraid to get another set of long tubes. Im about ready to put my manifolds back on

thats what i did...no more leaks...no noticeable sound or performance change either..other then leaks

Because as you know its a good amount of work to prep getting those headers on. lift up the motor put them in and put lower it back down just to need about 3 more inches on your drivers side for clearance... I dunno im ready for start up I put my stock manifolds on.. I have all my emissions systems gone.. Smog egr... I have that new 318 and I just wanna turn the key so maybe headers is somthing I can do in a few weeks.. Jegs is taking mine back and hedman sells a set that the #1 cylinder pipe is bent hugging the blocck up and around the other 3 so thats the set im lookinf at exchanging for
