rear end upgrade
first thing the truck, its an 86 w250 360 4 speed, dana 60 full floating rear and a dana 44 front axle
the problem, it was an old plow truck and someone thought it be a good idea to weld the the rear end up.
I have access to a dana 80 out of a '95 dodge 2500 cummins with the same gears, my question is will the 80 just swap in? or am I better off just fixing the 60?
